Concept: The television freeze-frame of this Skull World ad is an experiment in crypto-time. This work is the first of several that began to appear one year after a companion work, Missing No. 2, was purchased by a collector. The Missing piece asked how long a crypto year was and if the collector could wait that long for an unknown sequel to the simple oval shape of Missing No. 2. Missing Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 5 were also available until the artist deleted them in preparation for Skull World. The rest of the Skull World NFTs (photographs of a physical artwork) will appear in the coming weeks across several editions.
