Since March of 2020, Melbourne, Australia has experienced six extended periods of lockdown. Making it the most locked down city in the world by number of days.
In between these lockdowns there were however, some fleeting periods of freedom. One of these was for a few weeks in the Autumn of 2020 - back when I took this photo.
This image was taken at the Alfred Nicholas Gardens, while on a day out in the mountains with my family.
The name Isolation comes not only from the image subject, but from the feeling many of us have felt at times of the past 18 months.
