This one is personal.
Before I picked up a camera, I picked up a pint glass. Little did I know what I was missing while I was sitting in a dark bar.
When I quit drinking and took up photography, I promised myself I would explore and see as much of this amazing planet that we get to call home.
In 2018, I got the opportunity to travel to Alaska, and more specifically The Chelatna Lake Lodge where we spent 6 days fishing, hiking and taking photos.
It was a trip that consisted of 4,464 miles, two commercial flights and a flight on an Alaskan Uber (water plane.) It was also a trip that would not have been possible if I was still drinking.
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT MINDSET AND SUPPORT SYSTEM.
