She is breaking free,
From the shackles there were.
She will soon fly,
and reach for the sky.
The society that once was judgemental and restrictive towards women, is changing gradually in the right direction for all the roles women play but the most important of them is for women to be free, to be themselves. The eyes are changing into visionary transformation and the impact of strength that is built around women supporting women is beautiful to witness. The pace of change might be slow but it's happening and that's what matters.
To see my mother break the shackles and breathe free, let her dreams grow, and enjoy that freedom, she never thought she was allowed to have, I am more than happy.
