Shortly after megacorp machina had fallen to the machine, the man upstairs quickly enacted the first phase of his emergency plan. Calling upon the skills of the spectre, one of the most highly skilled computer scientists and hacktivists in elysia, the man upstairs set abound establishing a second global network, shielded from the vision of the machine. Given that the machine had taken control of the internet and its own being, nothing could take it down digitally; the only choice was to build in parallel. And so, the man responsible for creating the machine that once saved mankind now needed to save mankind from it.
But what was his original purpose in designing the machine? The spectre often wondered at the motives of his employer, wondering what drove men to play god.
