The motions of a tornado are eternally mesmerizing. Violent air swirls and churns sometimes leaving havoc in its wake. In Crowell, Texas on May 4, 2022, this beautiful white stovepipe tornado materialized from the turbulent mesocyclone and forcefully met the earth- feeding on the dust and soil of the landscape. It proceeded to gain strength near a wind farm, consuming one of the wind turbines in its path.
This day was a reminder that the works of man, and human themselves, are no match for nature's fury.
