Windward Approach

A collaboration between Shaun Stewart Photography & Christophe Jr. Photography to me is about the journey, the visceral experiences of being out in the elements and seeing places and conditions few have seen before. Animating these still images is a way to bring life to the scene, to help re-create some of the feelings I experienced being there in the field. Collaborating with this group of artists has been a great opportunity for us all to showcase our best skills and creativity. Heading westbound after a departure from Maui, the crew found ourselves on approach into the Kaneohe Marine Base just off the east side of Oahu. They were almost home.
