Right heal -> blip throttle.
Right hand -> firmly grab the cubic knob.
Then slam and blip from 5th to 2nd, from the 6/9th mile straight into the flip back. This whole sequence of events happens in roughly .420 seconds, or just enough time to make you feel alive.
