This piece is NOT part of the limited series of 4 unique 1/1 arts based on photos I took in Ukraine before to leave the country, but it is a photo from my favorite season in the country, Brazil, that received me and that is being my home for already few years since the war started in Ukraine and still hasn't finished.
The sun feels like hope on my skin. It was not easy to leave everything behind. But after 3 years, I am still here, still standing, and building a new life. Every sunny day reminds me: I survived, I adapted, I grew stronger. Summer tells me that even after storms, warmth always comes back.
