Kolukkumala, Munnar, is my favorite location to visit for a short trip. I'm not sure how many times I've gone there, but I always make sure I don't miss the sunrise. I must add that each dawn I witnessed from Kolukkumala was distinct and stunning!
This shot earned me a special mention in the DJMPC international landscape photography competition. This leopard-shaped rock is unique to the area, and if photographed at the right angle, it will appear to be a real leopard. The photograph was dubbed "Kiss of the Wild Leopard" because I thought the leopard was kissing the other peak. The rising sun and clouds provided a dramatic setting, which aided the entire situation.
